Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey hey, good bye. Like a sappy movie or a favorite pet's terminal illness, Season 1 of the Scamper Podcast comes to a tear-jerking conclusion.

This week on the Scamper Podcast:
  1. Scamper takes this one last opportunity to shamelessly self-promote, as we play some music by... Scamper. Including a never-before-released song from the upcoming Boulevards EP.
  2. The boys wax nostalgic about the Podcast season that was and look toward an uncertain, but hopeful future.
  3. Music from this year's winner of the WBCN Rock and Roll Rumble. Spoiler alert!
Do you enjoy the sputtering last gasp of a diseased and dying goose? Then this podcast is for you!

way to give a spoiler alert about the rumble winners but not the newhart series finale!! god. i still have it on tape and haven't gotten around to watching it yet. years of suspense, down the drain.

you got eugene mirman to do a bumper. genius. love him.

oddly, i've been listening to that "scamp-classic" a lot recently thinking, "where the hell did this song go?!"

well, bye guys, it was nice knowing you. i'll miss you.

I'm not sure I understand the necessity of only doing twelve of these...

I know it doesn't sound like it, but these puppies are a little time-consuming and energy-draining. We're also in a band, so that takes up a little time as well.

There will be a second season once we recharge the creative batteries, I promise.

kudos to Scamper on a highly creative, humorous & wildly informative Pod season!...well done...the highlight for me was listening to Nate's voice change as he raced thru puberty....I was 1 hr. away from heading for the Rumble finals but was broadsided by an "intestinal" varmint!...you guys did yourself proud...a super accomplishment...better things are yet to come....keep on rockin'

We need time to regroup.

Don't tell me you haven't noticed that we're out of material.

Understood. Sorry, it just gave me a reason to look forward to Mondays. I also foolishly glazed over the fact that it was just the end of Season One, not the Podcast entirely.
