Toad, what a funny little place. This club can be described as cozy for sure, and the rock show that is Scamper thrives on such things. Marc couldn't fit on the stage and ended up working double duty as bassist and doorman to the restroom. The audience was treated to an intimate but loud show, full of all the big hits and punk rock treatments of Chris Isaak songs. The frosting on the cake of Scamper once again took the form of Fooled By April, holding down the fort at the Toad for an August residency, chock full of their harmony pop goodness and a new moustache on Pete.
