The Scene affords you (Ralphio) a peek into what he (Nate) deems to be hip in the Boston and national rock scenes: foxy bands, dope tunes, trendy trends. Get with it.

Bats Living at the Clam
Are we all properly full of Thanksgiving pumpkin cheesecake? Good. Let's get back to business, for I have a dope show (or two!) for you every single night this week:

Speaking of Will Dailey, check out the current (Jay-Z) issue of Rolling Stone, where our former Mappari boy is bountifully discussed in the context of music on TV. What, you didn't see him on CSI with Lieutenant Dan?

The Charms have released a new EP entitled Heroes and Villains, with downloady links and artwork right hnyaw. And while you're partying on that there site, as a special treat, they're putting two tunes a week up for FREE download. Who doesn't like free downloads? Who doesn't like a cookie?

Addendum: Ok Go / Scamper superfan Katy recently launched a little MP3 blog called That One Pop Gem, and if you're getting (understandably) fed up with my failing to introduce you to much new music as of late, give her site a spin. She writes far more regularly than yours truly, and hey, she has exquisite taste.

Indeed, I'm not entirely sure why I bother.
